A delegation from the School of International Cultural Education at Nanjing Normal University, China, visited Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (CUFS) on April 21 to explore opportunities for expanding academic exchange and cooperation between the two institutions.
 

The delegation was led by Liu Xiaoxing, Director of Short-term Programs, and Cheng Xiao, Director of the Preparatory Program. 
During the meeting, both sides engaged in comprehensive discussions on potential areas of collaboration, including the development of short-term programs. The two institutions agreed to continue consultations to establish sustainable models of cooperation. The delegation also conveyed its intention to further strengthen educational collaboration in the future.
As part of the visit, the delegation toured CUFS’s studios and expressed strong interest in its advanced multimedia teaching facilities. 

The visit builds on previous cooperation between the two universities. In 2025, CUFS’s Department of Chinese and Nanjing Normal University jointly operated a short-term language training program. Based on this foundation, both institutions are now exploring ways to expand student exchanges, particularly through initiatives such as summer school programs and other short-term academic opportunities.
 

Mr. Won Jong-min, Dean of the Global Education Institute at CUFS, stated, “We hope this visit will serve as a meaningful opportunity to further develop practical educational cooperation with Nanjing Normal University. CUFS will continue to enhance its global competitiveness through diverse international partnerships.”
 

CUFS continues to expand its global education network by strengthening partnerships with universities worldwide, while actively promoting international student recruitment and collaborative academic programs.
