On Monday, July 22, a delegation from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s (SSRU) Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences visited Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (CUFS) to discuss potential collaboration between the two universities.

The delegation, led by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at SSRU, along with the Vice Dean and Director of Student Affairs, met with key CUFS officials, including Minwoo Lee, Dean of the Global Education Institute, and Eunjung Song, Professor in the Department of Korean. The two universities discussed specific avenues for collaboration, such as dual degree programs (2+2 Program) and academic exchanges, agreeing to further enhance their partnership through an MOU to promote academic and personnel exchanges. 

Dean Minwoo Lee of the Global Education Institute expressed his hope that this visit would strengthen collaboration between the two institutions and lead to the creation of systems that offer students more diverse learning opportunities. 

After the meeting, the delegation toured CUFS’s Full-HD studio, where lectures are filmed and produced. They observed the content production process and had the opportunity to participate in a live demonstration within the studio.

7월 22일(월)에 태국 수안 수난다 라차팟 대학교 인문사회대학의 사절단이 사이버한국외국어대학교를 방문하여 양교 간 교류 협력에 대해 논의했다.

이날 SSRU 인문사회대학의 나파스리 수와나조테(Dr.Napasri Suwanajote)학장과 부학장, 학생처장 등 주요 보직자로 구성된 사절단은 사이버한국외대 정현혁 산학협력단장, 이민우 글로벌교육원장, 송은정 한국어학부 교수를 비롯한 주요 관계자들을 만나 환담했다. 양 대학은 공동학위과정(2+2 Program) 등 교육과정 교류를 위한 구체적인 협력 방안에 대해 논의하고, MOU 체결을 통해 학술·인적 교류 분야를 활발히 이어나가기로 합의했다.

이민우 글로벌교육원장은 “이번 방문을 시작으로 양 대학의 학생들에게 다양한 학습 기회를 제공하기 위한 제도 마련 등 협력이 더욱 강화되기를 기대한다”고 전했다.

이후 사절단은 실제 강의 영상 촬영과 제작이 이뤄지는 사이버한국외대의 Full-HD 스튜디오를 견학, 콘텐츠 제작과정 전반을 살펴보고 스튜디오에서 직접 시연해 보는 시간을 가졌다.
